  • Susi Owusu

    Susi completed her training with Alan Herdman Pilates with a focus on rehabilitation and functional movement. She takes an integrated approach to movement and clients describe her as a fun, knowledgeable and calm teacher.

    Since qualifying she has been working alongside Physiotherapists offering 1-2-1 rehabilitation and tailored classes to those wishing to prevent or recovering from injury. Susi has worked with clients diagnosed with scoliosis, gait issues, hip replacements, spine degeneration, osteopenia, osteoporosis, balance issues, Parkinson’s and Stroke.

    While she really enjoys a functional movement and clinical focus, as a keen swimmer, Susi also teaches dynamic classes both in 1:1 and group settings. Susi is an Associate Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.

  • Carolyn Bailey

    Carolyn has over 20 years experience working as a Physiotherapist and Pilates Clinical Specialist both in the NHS and private practices in London and Brighton. She helps clients understand and manage pain, achieve freedom of movement and feel better.

    Carolyn believes that everyone can benefit from Pilates and that it is an investment in our health, improving the way we move and preventing pain and injuries. She has experience of working with a wide range of patients and has a special interest in chronic hip and back pain, osteoarthritis, vestibular problems and Parkinson’s Disease.

    As Physiotherapist for Rambert Dance Company and Central School of Ballet she also has many years of experience with dance injuries and the younger dancer both for professionals and anyone who loves to dance.
