Who we are.

Welcome to Brighton and Hove Pilates, a space where you can rediscover your body and how to move well. We offer a range of Pilates equipment classes from beginner through to rehab. We focus on functional movement techniques working with clients in One:One, Duet & Studio sessions.

Brighton and Hove Pilates was founded by Susi Owusu, who completed her comprehensive Pilates training with Alan Herdman, the founder of Pilates in the UK. 

At Brighton and Hove Pilates we are led by our clients needs. We focus on you and your goals.

We will teach you to feel stronger, more mobile, improve your posture and increase your core stability. We do this in our beautiful and discreet fully equipped studio which includes the Pilates reformer.

Our teachers.

All of our teachers have undergone comprehensive Pilates training from recognised institutions such as Alan Herdman Pilates, Polestar Pilates, Basi and Body Control. We are well versed in the fundamentals of Pilates and spend time continually learning about Pilates and movement practices to ensure that we adapt and combine the latest research in movement while honouring the principals of the Joseph Pilates method.
